Roxanne is back from th 3D2N , OLJ @ Selangor ! : D
Safe & sound !
Now for th updates !
Day 1: Dad drove mum , bro and me to Bowen @ 5 plus 6am . Arrived at Bowen Sec foyer and saw quite a few students there alr . Placed my bags beside Jonathan and talked to mum , dad and bro while waiting for th others to arrive .
Soon after , Sibyl came . Followed by Yun Jie . She looked so different !
Razzieya was last ! (Hor hor ! Lol .)
Then I said GOODBYE to family and boarded th bus tgt with all th other 23 other students and 3 teachers ! (; Not forgetting 1 'tour guide' !
Bus-ed over to immigration checkpoint where we smsed out last goodbyes and th entire journey over to Malaysia , Selangor , Doraini Homestay took us more than HALF TH DAY ! Gosh !
We reached there only at .. Like , 4 plus 5pm ?! D:
Of course our schedule was totally off-scale ! Zzz .
So we ended up having to postpone th factory visits and plantation visits till th last day ..
We were warmly welcomed by all our foster families and had an opening speech by th head of th homestay . Then , we were told which foster family we were allocated to in groups .
Razzieya , Sibyl , Yun Jie and myself were allocated to Ayah Padwan (I THINK that's how you spell father's name ?) Apologies ! LOL !
And he drove th four of us back to his house ! We met Ibu and got engaged in a very brief conversation before heading to our rooms and trying to communicate with one another in a 'family' manner or rotting in th room . We had some fun outside with our 'nephew' and th kids around .. Played badminton . They are lovely and simply adorable ! Playing with nature .. How nice .. If only Singapore kids appreciate it . (No offence , but too advanced technology destroys nature one way or another . Don't you think so ?) They were cute and friendly . (: tried to communicate and get to know them with Raz's help . Yun Jie and Sibyl was trying to lend bicycles ..
So , that's how we spent our time till dinner was readyy .
Ibu cooked dinner ! Guess what we had ?
Cockerel curry and fried fish ! Lack of VEGETABLES . =x But it was nice and warm in a way .
Then we spent more time rotting till it was time to gather back at th main hall for reflection !
So , Ayah drove us back to th main hall ..
Th road was freaking creepy !!! Mad ! You can't see your fingers when you put your hand in front of your face ! And there were only a number of street lamps !! (Th main road was a little better)
